 KEDARNATH & BADRINATH WITH HARIDWAR

DAY 1 - Meet upon arrival at Haridwar Railway Station and proceed to hotel by local vehicles, Check in at Hotel (Check In Time : 12 NOON, Subject to Room Availability), after Refreshment Free for Personal Activities. Afternoon enjoy Hot Lunch and then Proceed for visit by walk to Mansa Devi Temple. One of the most famous tourist attractions in Haridwar, the temple can be reached by a cable car.(at your risk by own cost). The temple is dedicated to the Goddess Mansa, the goddess that fulfills wishes. The temple is also famous for the views it offers from the height that it is located at. you can visit Hari Ki Puri, which literally means the Lord's Footsteps. One of the most revered places in the city; it is believed to have the footprint of Lord Vishnu himself. Here you can take a dip in the River Ganga. (Please note, suggested activities are not included in the package.) Night stay at Hotel.

DAY 2 - After breakfast we proceed for Guptkashi via Srinagar, Rudraprayag, Tilwara Enroute you can see the beautiful river Mandakini at Tilwara. The Mandakini river comes from Kedarnath, drive alongside the river to reach Guptkashi, Cross Guptekashi- Sitapur- Phata and Reach Rampur, Check into the hotel. Early Dinner and Overnight stay at Guptakash/Sitapur/Rampur.

DAY 3 - Early Morning after breakfast drive to Phata for (Heli Fly) to Kedarnath Ji,(with packed lite food/lunch), For Walker proceed to SONPRAYAG, From SONPRAYAG to Gaurikund by Local Vehicle, Trek start from Gaurikund to Shri Kedarnath ji (3584 mts) on foot or by pony / Doli / Horse. Yatra members should carry personal medicines, heavy woolen, tolietries and clothes for an overnight halt at Shri Kedarnath. Check in Hotel. After freshening up, visit Shri Kedarnath ji Temple & perform Pooja/aarti darsan In the evening and also visit Adi Shankaracharya Samadhi behind the Temple. Dinner at own cost Overnight stay at Kedarnath Guest Houses. You may offer Early Morning Group Puja of Lord Kedarnath. Shri Kedarnath- is a majestic sight, standing in the middle of a wide plateau surrounded by lofty snow Covered peaks. The temple of Kedarnath, located at a height of 3,581 mts, stand at the head of the Mandakini river. The present temple, built in the 8th century by Adi Shankaracharya, stands adjacent to the site of an earlier temple built by the Pandavas. The inner walls of the assembly hall are decorated with figures of various deities and scenes from mythology. Outside the temple door a large statue of the Nandi Bull stands as guard. It is said that devotees who die here become one with Shiva himself.

DAY 4 - Today Wake up with the thinking of that you was sleeping on Spritual Heaven/ Lord Mahadeva's Land. Early morning be fresh and start your day with Darshan and Puja of LORD KEDARNATH JI. After darshan and Puja proceed for Gaurikund by Walk/Pony/Doli. Late Afternoon/Evening arrival at Gaurikund and proceed for Rampur /Guptakashi /Sitapur. On this night we will stay in Rampur /Guptakashi /Sitapur to keep a buffer time in hand to handle any last moment delay because of bad weather or any technical or medical reason. This is best way to arrange an itinerary or program for both trekkers and flyers to Shri Kedarnath Ji. 

DAY 5 - Morning after breakfast drive to Badrinath via Joshimath. Enroute visit Narsingh Bhagwan Temple at Joshimath. Check in Hotel. Later at evening visit Badrinath Temple for Aarti. Overnight stay Badrinath hotel. Shri Badrinath- Shri Badrinath is one of the most important of all the four(Char) Dhams in India. This temple located between Nar & Narayan mountain ranges and in the shadow of Nilkantha peak at the height of 3,133 mts. It is the most popular of Vishnu pilgrimages among the five Badries, also known as Vishal Badri. Narsingh Temple: This is an ancient temple of Lord Vishnu in Narsingh Avtar and main temple of Joshimath. When Badrinath temple remain closed during winter every year, one idol of Lord Badri is brought to Narsingh temple and worshiped for six months. Narad Kund: A recess in the river, near Tapt Kund, forming a pool from where the Badrinath idol was recovered. Mata Murty Temple: Devoted to the mother of Sri Badrinathji. Other important temples include SeshNetra Temple, Urvashi Temple and Charanpaduka Mana Village: Inhabited by an Indo-Mongolian tribe, it is the last Indian village before Tibet. Bhim Pul: On the other side of Mana village, a massive rock forming a natural bridge lies over the roaring Saraswati River. It presents a spectacular view of water thundering down through the narrow passage under the rock and is believed to have been placed there by Bhim, the second eldest among the five Pandava brothers. Vyas Gufa (cave): Near Mana Village, this is a rock-cave where Ved Vyas is believed to have composed the Mahabharata and the pauranic commentaries.

DAY 6 - Morning after breakfast, driver for Rudraprayag via Pipalkoti. Visit on the way Narsingh Temple in Joshimath later drive back to Rudraprayag via Joshimath. Check into the hotel arrival in Pipalkoti/ Joshimath/ Srinagar/ Rudraprayag. Overnight stay at Srinagar/ Rudraprayag. Rudraprayag: One of the holy prayag of five famous prayag of Uttarakhand. Confluence of River Alaknanda and Mandakini.Narsingh Temple: This is an ancient temple of Lord Vishnu in Narsingh Avtar and main temple of Joshimath. When Badrinath temple remain closed during winter every year, one idol of Lord Badri is brought to Narsingh temple and worshiped for six months.

DAY 7 - This morning after breakfast drive to Haridwar via Rishikesh. Visit Ram Jhula, Laxman Jhula, Bharat Mata Temple at Rishikesh then proceed for Haridwar. On Arrival at Haridwar and check in at hotel. Evening free for personal activities. Dinner & overnight stay at Haridwar. Narsingh Temple: This is an ancient temple of Lord Vishnu in Narsingh Avtar and main temple of Joshimath. When Badrinath temple remains closed during winter every year, one idol of Lord Badri is brought to Narsingh temple and worshiped for six months.

DAY 8 - This morning after breakfast free for personal activities. Around 11 A.M -12 P.M,leave the rooms and enjoy Lunch at Hotel. Then proceed for visit Haridwar Local Sightseeing. You can visit some other famous temples of Haridwar such as; Daksh Temple, Chandi Devi Temple, Maya Devi Temple, Pawan Dham & Parad Shivling or you can visit Vaishno Devi Temple, a famous replica of the temple situated in Jammu and Kashmir. Later, you can attend the evening Ganga Aarti at the Vishnu Ghat. Return to your hotel for a Dinner, then proceed for Haridwar Railway Station for onward journey.
